Of course I'm still myself... he thought to himself as he continued to chew on that shoe of hers. But, alas- when she was in the room and actually caught him it wasn't as fun. So, he dropped it and then he sat up, sitting there like a regular dog and wagging his tail back and forth.

He glanced around, seeing what else he could chew on that would tick her off... the shoe was most definitely destroyed thanks to his massive teeth, so that was a lost cause.

So, while he was trying to decide other ways to piss her off, he glanced up at her with puppy eyes, his mouth opening and he panted slightly.
